Cultivating the quality of Sattva helps us to find inner stability, greater clarity and peace. The three Mahagunas, or energetic forces of Sattva, Rajas and Tamas permeate all of life. They can be skillfully balanced for our greatest wellbeing through many techniques.
In this four week online course you will be guided through gentle yoga postures, pranayama and meditation with mantra to recognize Sattva in yourself, and to shift into that energetic state through specific yogic techniques.
