Initial Wellness Assessment and Care Plan
$225.00

This assessment is required for all new clients and can be conducted online or in-person. We will dive deep into your wellness concerns and your goals. From there, we will develop a custom care-plan with a range of lifestyle and dietary suggestions rooted in Yoga and Ayurveda. Depending on your mentorship plan, we will coach you through how to implement these changes into your life, one step at a time.

Follow-up Consultations
$110.00

Through individually booked follow-up sessions, we will spend an hour further exploring your habits, wellness obstacles, or any new concerns that may have arisen throughout the journey. These sessions can be scheduled monthly or seasonally to best support your goals.
