Embracing the pillars of wellness through mind-body-spirit connection

We believe in food as medicine

Holistic recipes, seasonal ingredients, ancient spices, and cleansing practices provide the foundation for a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

We embrace rest and rejuvenation

Breathing techniques, slow Yoga-based movements, and listening to our body’s needs creates a direct pathway to a restful, stress-free lifestyle.

We value habits and rituals

Daily practices of movement and breathwork and the ancient rituals of Ayurveda and Yoga, bring us closer to holistic health and wellbeing.

We seek inner-connection

Our bodies and minds tell us what they need and our aim is to listen and to become closer to that inner-knowing.

THE AYURVEDIC ELEMENTS

Meet Monika

Monika’s story began with a wake-up call in her early fifties. She faced multiple health challenges, including tumors and a diagnosis of a degenerative disorder, which jolted her out of complacency. Despite years of regular exercise, yoga, psychotherapy, and a healthy diet, she realized that long-accumulated stress was manifesting in her body. This realization led Monika to question her approach to health.

In response to her health issues, Monika found a traditional medical team to address her diagnosis but also felt the need to explore a more holistic approach. Driven by a sense of urgency to understand the interconnection of body, mind, and spirit, Monika dove deeper into Yoga and embarked on a two-year immersive program in Ayurveda, learning from one of its most revered teachers. This journey not only shifted her approach to health, but also brought about a profound spiritual awakening, leading to freedom, purpose, and a healthier lifestyle. Monika turned a frightening diagnosis into a journey of spiritual and physical healing and now dedicates her work to helping other women find their path to holistic health as a certified Ayurvedic practitioner.
