This new group program will provide ongoing learning and integration of Ayurvedic teachings that can immediately impact your daily life - one small step at a time. The interactive structure will be dynamic and engaging, including talks, hands-on presentations, activities, and space for Q and A.
Join me on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM for uplifting learning from the ancient healing tradition we can trust.
No experience is necessary, just a curious and open mind.

What are the biggest root causes that create imbalance and disease?
How can I better regulate my moods and cravings through foods, short intermittent fasting and herbs?
How can we boost our immunity naturally?
What are the health implications for a spring cleanse and reset?
What tools and approaches does Ayurveda (and Yoga) offer us for better mental and emotional health?
